The Surgical First Aid Kits uses all stainless steel instruments along with other first aid supplies. The pouch is an upgraded designe off a WWII style military surgical kit. The changes have improved the kits organized accessibility. The 900d nylon pouch is foldable and closed with to durable snaps. The pouch can be laid out into three sections; 1- pocket and 2 sections with elastic straps to tightly hold down your instruments. The Surgical First Aid Kit is available in three colors: Black, Olive Drab, and Tan.
